Palīdziet kāds ar tulkojumu un skaidrojumu
Var kāds?
So how do you pedal perfect circles? Pedal through the 6o’clock position as though pulling your foot back to scrape mud off the bottom of your shoe. Begin the pulling-scraping motion at 3o’clock. To get through the 12o’clock dead spot, pedal as though kicking a heavy door shut with your foot. Start the pressure at 10o’clock and keep pushing to 3o’clock. Using SPD type pedals rather than toe clips will help you with this technique a lot, although you should still be able to try it whatever pedal design you use. We used to be told about “pulling up” and “pushing down”. Although this older pedalling technique does utilise both the hamstrings and the quadriceps, it also accentuates the dead spots at 6o’clock and 12o’clock as you change between pulling and pushing and should be avoided.

Tātad kā pedalē perfektu apli (apgriezienu)? Pedalē cauri plkst. 6 pozīcijai, velkot pēdu atpakaļ, it kā berztu nost netīrumus no kurpes zoles. Sāc vilkšanas-beršanas kustību no plkst. 3. Lai tiktu pāri plkst. 12 nāves punktam, pedalē it kā spertu ar kāju vaļā smagas durvis. Sāc uzspiedienu plkst. 10 un turpini to līdz plkst. 3.

perfektais aplis pedalizeesies ( shitais termins man nu ljoti iepatikaas ) tikai tad, ja sho te "vecaako" tehniku vienmeeriigi sapludinaas ar ieprieksh mineeto tehniku.

Member++ · 3,685 commentsCiti autori uzskata, ka aplis būs perfekti izpedalizēts tikai tad, ja būs ievērots pareizs pēdas leņķis plkst. 6 un plkst. 12 - kas šai fragmentā netiek pat pieminēts:(
